Directory with flag?

    I’m looking to create a directory of consultants in my field. Ideally, I would like it so consultants can manage their own listing. I know I have several plugin options here, and I just need to sort through them a little more.
    A previous (static) version of this existed, and the problem was keeping the information updated. Is there a plugin that will allow site visitors to flag dead or outdated information, and, after a certain number of flags (I’m thinking 3), the outdated information could be automatically removed (or unpublished)?
