• First, I want to say that I LOVE the plugin, which is why I’m even taking the time to write on the forum about the bug that I’m experiencing.

So, that said, here is what is happening…

The plugin seemed to do everything it advertised it would do. I noticed that my titles and descriptions were being rewritten and the sitemap was being created. For the built-in “post” and “page” post types, the plugin worked great. I could set the template and then edit the descriptions, etc. on the individual Edit Post pages. **NOTE: Although, the only seemingly buggy thing that I encountered here was that the global templates that were setup in the WordPress SEO settings panel were overwriting the individual changes made on the Edit Post/Page pages themselves. In other words, the static homepage I was using, entitled Home, would display as Site Title – Page Title as my template suggested instead of what I manually wrote into the box on the Edit Page panel.**

The real issue though was that on the Edit Custom Post Type pages, with the plugin enabled, the majority of the WP Admin Panel functions would no longer work. Here’s a list of what I noticed…

*All expanded left-hand menus would close.
*The now closed left-hand menus would not expand upon clicking the arrow.
*The preview button would not work.
*The “edit” link for the publishing date, so that I could schedule a post in the future, would not drop down the enter date boxes upon clicking.
*The publish button still worked, despite the others not working.
*The left-hand menu headers could be clicked and the resulting page would be back to normal, as long as it wasn’t the edit panel for the custom post type.
*The same functions above that wouldn’t work when editing a custom post type would work as expected on regular built-in pages and posts.
*Removing the plugin brought things back to normal.
