Hello, I do not seem to have a SETTINGS tab in my dashboard. I do not see anything past TOOLS. I want to change my PERMALINK settings. Any help please thanks!

Your user account needs to be assigned an Administrator role in order to adjust settings.

Thanks..I had assumed it was because I can log in and post, but I DO NOT see anything past the TOOLS pulldown on the left side?

Authors and Editors can publish posts too, but still won’t see anything past Tools. You need to be an Administrator.
