rss feed link going to link-library url

I just finished updating to Link Library 4.5.4 on http://www.tktcpa.com/links/. The RSS feed link for a site is not going to the site’s rss. The rss preview pop-up is working perfectly so it is pulling the rss address entered for the site. The rss icon, however, shows the Link Library’s main page when you hover over it, but opens to a blank page. I coded it to target blank but it was doing the same before I made that change. You can see this happening on http://www.tktcpa.com/links/?cat_id=4 and http://www.tktcpa.com/links/?cat_id=18. I left debug mode on.
