[Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] Couldn't edit initially assigned tickets even as adm

I installed the plugin, changed and added ticket types, added a priority, created a test user, then entered a ticket through the submission page as admin. When I went to the admin side to view and publish the page, got a ‘you don’t have rights to edit this page’ error. As the admin, editing my own post, that was more than odd…
