[Plugin : Register Plus Redux] link in disclaimer

When I add a link to my disclaimer the page always says it cannot be found.

I had a look and the URL is adding in ‘\’ before and after either double or single quotes.

Is there a way to remove said backslashes? It seems to be messing up my link.
