WordPress Feed for other sites

Greetings!

I have a free wordpress and would like to be able to place a feed of its most recent post titles (and maybe a short summary/snipped of the content) on another website.

Twitter has an option like this (like http://twitterfeed.com) that creates a script to plug in to existing websites.

All I need is something very simple, to take my recent posts and display the top five or so in a small box. Customize the colors or something.

Does this resource exist?
