PaulStamatiouI run two websites, paulstamatiou.com and themodwiki.org on a shared server over at mediatemple.net. The way they setup alternate domains, I have themodwiki.org as a folder under the html folder. However, since my .htaccess file for wordpress is in the root of the html folder it affects the "themodwiki.org" folder. I would like to exclude that folder from the rewrite rules that .htaccess has to get permalinks running.
