Moving Images from Gallery to Gallery

    You could re-upload the images whilst editing the winter-beers post. Or you could use the id parameter in the gallery shortcode to simply display the images from specialty-beers in the winter-beers post.

    The person doing the updates won’t know any code and will have problems with the gallery shortcode.

    Is there a way to simply move/transfer/copy photos from one gallery to another w/o using the gallery shortcode [gallery]

    Delete the images and then re-upload them whilst editing the winter-beers post.
