Images Not Loading Correctly

When I load an image into a post sometimes it appears, other times it doesn’t and the link itself shows. This is somewhat random. Sometimes the image appears but part of the link shows. It doesn’t seem to mater whether I load the image from my harddrive or from a URL. In either case the image sometimes shows and other times it shows with just a link appearing in the post.

Looking for some help in either finding a better way to insert an image or to fix this problem as it is.
