1. This is a PLUGIN, not a hack!

2. http://perezhilton.com/ uses a facebook social plugin in. I went to my plugins, put in “facebook social”, and three – five different one showed up! Does anyone know specifically which one he is using?

3. http://perezhilton.com/ also uses several other plugins. Do you know what they are? Yes, I know it is vague but I want my blog to look better…

4. Any other comments? or, suggestions?

1. go back to the site
2. in your browser tool bar select View > Source (or “Page Source”)
3. in the window that opens select Edit > Find > and type plugins in the search box. Select Highlight All.

4. Now you can scroll down through the source and see the name of any active plugins that might be in use.

thanks for responding Clayton. I listened to your post but there still was a problem

I went back to perezhilton.com.

I clicked on source. I wrote in facebook, but did not bring up facebook social plugin. (A different facebook plugin came in). Then I typed in social. NOTHING came up. Then I wrote plugin, and several come up but none of the social plugin.

What can be done?

It’s a Facebook plugin, not a WordPress plugin:

http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box

Just get the code and add it to your sidebar.
