• Hey,

I’ve been using wp-super-cache for quite a long time and recently I upgraded it to 0.9.9.5.

I was surprised to find out great changes in the setting page, and the preload mode was no where to be found. Is is deprecated or so?

By the way, there is a switch on the top of the setting page, and I could conveniently turn off wp-super-cache when debugging. Is the check-box — Cache hits to this website for quick access. (Recommended)– serve as the same function as switch off?

    Thanks!

  • There’s a “Preload” tab there too, and “supercache ON mode” is now split into “mod_rewrite” and “PHP caching” modes.

I upgraded my WordPress to 3.0.1 today, and I was amazed to find out there is so many tabs.

These tabs just never exist in WordPress 2.9.2.

    Really amazing.

    Thanks anyway~

AH! That’s interesting. Thanks for that nugget of info. I didn’t realise those tabs wouldn’t show in older WordPress installs. Must fix that.
