    Hi!

    Could you please help!

I’m trying to use the buddypress plugin with my own wordpress theme! When I activet the plugin it adds to my hompage list of links (activity, profile and so on)! How can I remove them without harming the BP? I want to use the links as I see fit, not like they are placed now!

    TNX alot!

  • Use custom menu feature if your theme supports the feature.

BuddyPress 1.2.5x doesn’t support WordPress 3.0’s custom menu feature. You’ll need to override and amend header.php in your child theme.

I am using buddypress and twentyten theme and I can use the custom menu to just display the links I want from buddypress

Check my website by clicking on my name and I have dropdown panel where when a member logs in they will have links to buddypress links.

If this what you looking for than I can help you setup same way.

Tnx guys, but I found the fix for my problems – Remove BuddyPress Admin Bar! It’s a plugin that does exactly what I needed! 🙂
