[Plugin: Term Management Tools] Where do I use this plugin?

I installed this plugin and activated it but for the life of me cannot find anywhere in the WordPress menu area to actually use this plugin. Where do I use it? Logic would say that it would be in the tags/categories area but nothing changed from what I had before activating the plugin. I also do not see anything changed in the tools, plugins or settings areas. Am I just missing something?
