• I would like to remove the top menu from the Coraline theme because it interferes with the header banner I am working on. Also there are too many “about” buttons. Example here

What files should I modify to do this and what should I remove on the files?

  • Normally navigation code is in header.php if you can paste the code in pastebin will look at it see which code is your navigation code.

[code removed per forum rules - please use pastebin.com for this]

Don't know what pastebin is. Is this it?

Yes thats the one paste it there and post the url here you not allowed to paste code in forum I said so to put it in pastebin

Post your url so that I can see and than if you take that menu out what are you going to use for your menu.

I don’t need that menu. I can put a “home” button on the sidebar, don’t need “about”. URL suspended while “under construction”.

If I can your url would help as I need to see the code what is used to display the menu.

You must have those 3 about pages in pages for it to display in menu.

Thanks but I will try to find a theme that doesn’t have a menu in the header area.

Did you ever find a theme that didn’t have a mmenu in the header area? I’m having a big problem with a rediculously big menu on the 2011 theme. I’d love to figure out how to get rid of it but I don’t have enough knowledge of code to get the help I need from the forum. A new theme would be great. TarotMeister
