Flickr Upload Plugin?//Image Resize technique?

Hey all- I’m looking for a plugin that simply adds photos to my website by uploading to flickr first, then using the <img> tag to display them. If this isn’t available, its because I’m getting a memory error when I’m uploading large files. (anything around 5mb for a picture).

I’d love to resize all the pictures pre-upload, but I’m designing and implementing wordpress for a high school newspaper class and they don’t all know or have the time to resize pictures for upload to the web. I’ve switched hosts from 1&1 to HostGator (which has solved some problems) but have had no luck with large files that the students try to upload from their cameras.

What’s the simplest way to have them get their oversized photos on the internet, resized and web ready?
