Re: Using Tags Versus All in One SEO Pack???

Is it a good idea to use tags and also All in One SEO Pack at the same time? We’re a newbie at WP and we are not using any tags in any of our posts; but assigning our posts to categories only. We are making sure that all of the proper keywords are both in the blog title post and in All in One SEO Pack as well. Any suggestions of trying to maximize our SEO rankings would be helpful.
