Hybrid site – Menu with links to non-WP parts of my site

    I want to make a site which will contain a WordPress blog, but I want to offer more on the site, such as portfolio and guestbook and other ‘non-WP’ stuff. I don’t wanna use frames to display a menu at the top, so how can I have a menu with links to all features of my site? Is there some WP theme that can do this?
