timed display of content

    I’m looking for a way to show content in a sidebar at particular times of the day, either an image or some text, not a post.

    I want to be able to display a message that says “our telephone lines are now open”, but only show it between 9am and 6pm.

    Anyone know of any plugins or widgets that can do this?
