• The PDF attempts to load, but the progress bar terminates and the following message is displayed above the embedded viewer:

Notice: Undefined variable: curl in /vservers/flahertycust/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/google-document-embedder/proxy.php on line 32

    Here’s my shortcode:
    [gview file=”http://flahertycustomhomes.com/wp-content/uploads/Aspen_River.pdf”%5D

I can successfully generate a link and view my PDF using Google Docs Viewer.

Wondering if anyone had seen this issue and hopefully can share insight about how to resolve.

    Thanks in advance! 🙂

Update: I’ve discovered that the problem only occurs when the enhanced viewer option is selected (to improve IE compatibility and enable toolbar customization).

Any idea how I can get the enhanced viewer option to function?

    Hey Jeff,

That’s a peculiar error I haven’t seen before. If you’d be willing to help me test a possible patch for it, I’d be grateful. Send me your email address using the support form on the plugin web site (here) and a bit to jog my memory about the problem, and I’ll work with you to fix it.

    Thanks,

    Kevin
