get 404 error for uploaded images

    I upload images. I look in the directory through FTP so I know they’re there and I’ve even downloaded them and opened them. They work just fine.

    Anytime I go to the address of the image I get a 404 error. I’ve tried making all the folder and file permissions 777. Doesn’t fix it. And I’ve tried multiple different file paths for the upload folder in media settings of admin.

    Any idea what it could be?
