You say blocked, but does the comment end up in the spam queue or not?
It isn’t submitted at all. It just comes back with an empty page and the message, “Done.” I guess that means it’s WordPress, probably?

Do you have any other plugins installed, can you deactivate and test?
If using a custom theme can you deactivate and test?
A blank page with “Done” on it doesn’t sound like WordPress or Akismet. If you can, disable all of your plugins and switch to the default theme, then try it again. Assuming that works, activate your plugins again one at a time until you find the one that triggers that response.

I have a problem with someone’s comments getting blocked on my site when she posts too many links. She works for me so I want her to post links. What happens when she puts a bunch in one comment is this:
“When I put too many links it will come back a blank white page that says Done at lower left hand corner.”
Is this WordPress or Akismet? Is there some way to fix this? I have wordpress set to allow a very high number of links in the comments, but it doesn’t seem to improve the situation.
