[Plugin: Local Time Clock] Link opens in same page

Just installed the local time clock plugin. Works perfect, but one little problem: Clicking on the clock links to localtimes.info. This site opens in the same page, so my visitor leaves my site. I have no problem with linking to the site that made this great plugin possible. I would just like to see it open in a new page. I tried to put a target=”_blank” in the php code, but did not manage to get it working the way I would like to see. Hope anyone knows how to do this.
