TinyMCE only one line of buttons

    I can’t seem to find how to get the visual editor to show more than a single line of buttons. I’ve installed TinyMCE Advanced, and I can change buttons on the top button bar, but still only that one button bar shows up. Have I missed a setting somewhere?
