Or a solution to fix it?

Have you tested this in any other browser and on any other computer?

I’ve tried it both on IE & Safari on my computer. I’ve also tried it on my laptop.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can sometimes interfere with the admin panel).

If that does not resolve the issue, try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of the /wp-admin/ and /wp-includes/ directories with fresh copies from the download.

And, if neither of those work, then it’s a strong possibility that your hosting provider is blocking PHP’s ability to include remote feeds.

I’ve tried all the things you’ve suggested and I’ve even started from scratch.

I think it possibly could be my hosting provider. It’s strange because when I was using an older version it would load on the dashboard. I can’t remember what version it was when it stopped loading.

I’ll try contacting my host. Thanks so much!

Called my host and the representative told me my blog was running on PHP 4. So I had to edit my .htaccess and added a code to make it run on PHP 5. Not sure if I understood him or explained it on here correctly, but it was fixed!
