TDO miniforms title field?

    Hello,

    With the help of the TDO miniforms plugin I want to create a form which creates a new page with an attachment. When I create a new form in it automatically displays the Post_title and the post_text.

    In the backend however, these do not appear in the form (in the create part). When I add an upload-widget to the TDO mini form, the post_title and the post_text disappear. And since I don’t see them listed in the available form widgets, I am kind of lost how to get the post_title and post_text within an upload form.

    Does anybbody have any tip to get this working?
