   HI. I am using the default theme for my wordpress install. My friend and I both post on the front page, but it does not say who posted what, so some people get confused as to who posts what post.

   I hope that makes sense.

   SO my questions is, is it possible to somehow edit something so that it will say:

   "Post Title"
   "Posted by User1"
   "Date"

   It is currently:

   "Post Title"
   "Date"

   You have to put this template tag in your index.php template:
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/the_author
