Include a “mail-to” in blog

OK, firstly forgive me. I am a complete novice and have very little idea about what I am doing so forgive me if this seems like a stupid question. We all have to start somewhere though I guess.
Anyway, I have my site up and running after a few hiccups. It’s not running the way I want it but I will cope. I have two main questions. One is how to actually set up my site so that I can put in a “contact us here” link, and when the punters press on it, the punters can send an email to me, rather than leaving a comment on the site.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
