Cross posting on a Blogspot/Blogger blog

I was interested in having wordpress automatically send certain posts I make to a blogspot/blogger blog for mirroring purposes. I went searching for plugins but the ones I found seemed dubious. Is there a reliable way that anyone can recommend, or is this a complicated feature?

Note I an not interested in importing or exporting a mass amount of posts, this is on a per-post basis as I publish the post in WP, smiliar to the plugin functionality provided by JournalPress or LiveJournal Crossposter plugins that work for Livejournal.
