Ok.... this might sound stupid. But i'm abit lost
How to I display RSS feeds on my blogs?
I've heard of feedsonfeed etc etc.
But i'm looking for something simpler.
Say a single PHP file that will parse the RSS feed
And help me with what code to use to include the feed into index.php (my blog) (i'm totally lost with PHP)
I just need say... the 3 most recent entires from the rss feed. Any suggestions?
laughing lizard's news reader looks good... but I have no idea how to customise it... nor what code to use to put it into my blog.

jaykul's one i find simplest.

Posted 5 years ago #Mine was originally derived from Jaykul's base, but I've since completely replaced the XML-side of things with my shared XML code (which I use for my CG-Amazon library too). So it now is pretty adaptable to new feed formats, or frankly any XML data source you might want to display.
I should be putting up a newer version tonight, just in case things are out of sync in the zip. And I'll add some quick documentation... ;)
