How to add a simple subscribe button

    Hi, I’m not sure if I’m in the right place or if you’re all laughing at me because I’m ridiculously inept at this, but I’m trying to figure out how to add a simple Subscribe button to my site.

    Just “Subscribe” and that orange icon, nothing more.
