Hi, I am VERY new to WordPress and blogging... I recently registered a domain name (shaestyle.com) and created a MySql database through GoDaddy.com. I have created the wp-config.php file (and found the posts stating the unique DB_Host name and made that change (mysql57.secureserver.net).

However, when I try to execute install.php - it says it still needs the wp-config.php file... which is there. I don't know what to do??? Please help!

    ftp://www.shaestyle.com/wp-admin/install.php

    Thanks!

Did you remember to rename the wp-config-sample to just wp-config?

    When I do http://www.shaestyle.com/wp-admin/install.php I don't receive anything. It's a "Page Cannot Be Found".

Ahh... Thanks everyone for your help. I called GoDaddy and my acct was set up with ASP and not PHP. They've made the change, so I'll try again in 48 hours when I have PHP available... :) Thanks again.
