   Where is the function for the_author_posts_link located()? I got an undefined function error and then couldn't find it.

   maybe u need the latest bleeding edge cvs download :D
   or a new nightly that should come tomm ;)

   I update manually from the CVS, are you refering to your "Fix the_author_posts()" entry?

   Nope, not that one. Anonymous CVS sometimes takes a few hours to update. It should get pushed out soon.

   Thanks, and good to know as the other night you responded "committed" to something else and dang if I couldn't find it - thought maybe you had actually forgotten to do it.
   On another note - the functions for pingWeblogs() and pingBlogs() were removed recently from functions.php but they are still called in my version wp-mail and post. What should I do to correct that, beside the obvious two choices of re-add the functions or delete the calls :-) ?

   That's fixed in CVS too. Just remove the calls.
