Background Image won't Center

When I edit the Antisnews theme option to center the background image, it repeats instead, even though repeat is off. I reloaded several different downloads of the theme and the same thing happens. I have not found a way to fix this. Anyone have this issue? what did you do? I deleted the image until I can fix.
