   Hi!
   Is it anyway that i restore the information inside WP of all the information that i have been saved in the msql database. My host says that the don´t take backup on each persons pages and databases.

   Unless you have a backup, no.

   And who ever your host is, move. A host that does not take backups is not worth staying with.

   This is why it's a good reason to backup your site and DB every couple weeks. ;)

   OK thank´s for your replyes.
   Everybody lerns from ther own misstakes ....
   Will do some backup every week or to in the future.
   I thought my provider made the backups every night but
   now i will move to a new host.
