Videos showing in front of the bottom banner

My brother’s wanting a hunting site & I thought yours would be perfect for him so I’m checking it out on mine & I’m using a mod so I can link to YouTube videos. Everything else goes behind the title/menu bar except the videos…they go in front of it covering it up. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks so much for any help. 🙂
