Themejam 'Gadget' Theme Slider not Functioning

Hello,

I have recently installed a theme called ‘Gadget’, created by Themejam. It includes a slider that can display a few of your recent posts. I have this theme all set-up, and the slider seems to be broken. Instead of letting me click the forward and back buttons to cycle between posts, it puts all the posts one on top of another, and screws up the formatting of the site.
