STRANGE, weird background text all of sudden in my navigation bar!

    Im not not entirely a novice, but Im no expert either.

    I think what I did “wrong” while editing my website was that while deleting pages referred to (or mentioned, listed) in the navigation bar – I deleted the parent page before I deleted the sub-page.

    And now I have this background text that doesnt seem to go! It says “No categories”. I cannot click on it either!

    I ctrl^F-ed style.css – but the text was not referenced.

    What happened to my navigation bar !

    COULD SOMEOONE PLEASE HELP, THANKS A LOTTT!
