using my-hacks

I’ve found this site (http://www.lovemeforme.org/tutorials/misc/)with tutorials explaining how to add a commenters plugin. But when I tried to use it and log in at my wordpress admin, it says that the header has already been sent. In other words, I get an error message. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
