smooth scrolling

    Hi,

    Here’s my site: http://britts.lcc.gatech.edu

    I’d like to make it so my site scrolls more smoothly while you are scrolling down. As is, it sticks in several places when you scroll down the page.

    Is there a plugin for speeding up the scrolling of a page?
