WP_Config.php

Help!

I’m installing WordPress, and having trouble after I FTP the files to the Web site. The host meets all applicable requirements, I’ve set up a new MySQL database and have entered appropriate names into WP_configy.php, have uploaded that file and all the others in their appropriate directories…

but, when I try to EXEC ‘install.php’ via FTP I end up having a source file (assume error file) popping up in WordPad telling me that there is no WP_config.php. There IS one, and I’ve tried it both in its original directory, and in the wp-admin directory as well. Keep getting the error.
