Problem with header of default theme

    I installed wp 3.0 on a IIS dedicated server. Everything works fine when I changed the header.

    For some reason I have to reinstall the server and so wordpress. When I try to change the header, the header stays blank though the picture is uploaded.

    Any idea why ?
