How to make a parent page same as child page

    Using the below sample menu with About Us having 3 children pages, what is the best way to program it (or use a plugin or other built in feature?) so that the About Us page displays the History page, (without having to copy/paste the content into both pages)?

    So basically, there is an about us section of the website, with 3 topics. I would like it so that when they click on the About Us link, they go to the History page automatically

    Home
    About Us
    – History
    – Our Philosophy
    – Our Future Plans
    Contact Us
    and long that question – as a secondary option, is it possible to have the navigation built into WP so that About Us is not an active link – thereby forcing a user to choose a sub-topic?
