• Hi,

I’m using WordPress 3.0 + MySQL 5.1.48, with the latest version of wp-dbmanager. It all works fine expect for the automatic backup/optimization part. When I set the period for backup/optimization in the DB Options page, after I click “Save changes” the next backup/optimization date would turn to be the time I click the button.

Is anyone met this before? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Raiden,

It will be the time you click the save button so it will backup at that time and once it is successful, the next backup date will change

The thing is that it never backs up the database when I click the button. However, manual backup is successful.

I’m having exactly the same problem as raidenli. Plugin stopped functioning.
I run wp on linux. All the updates for plugin and wp are ok.
Automatic Backing Up Of DB: Next backup date: shows the time I last used “Save changes”.
However the plugin works fine on another server.

Same exact issue here as the others have described. I have a second website, running on the very same Linux server, which does do the WP-DBManager auto backups correctly. Not sure why they backup automatically on one site and not the other – the sites are configured exactly the same.
