youtube Videos do not play on front/main page. PLEASE HELP?

Hi, my wordpress blog is blog.vossenwheels.com. When I make a blog post with a youtube video.. I can not get the video to show up on the blog front/main page of the blog. You have to click on the blog post and then you can view the video.

So I would like to know how I can make videos show up and be able to play on my main blog page.

Also, I can not get URL links to be click-able on the front/main blog page. Again you have to click on the blog post.. then the links become click-able.
