Blog Archives link to blank page

The Blog Archives widget on the sidebar display links by month, but when I click on each link, it just return a page with blank content, for example when I like on June 2010, it goes to http://www.mysite.com/2010/06, but with nothing display. also the total number of posts is not showing follow the links. any idea?
