Can't activate any plugin

    Hello

    I can’t activate any plug-in, they all say this:

    Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in D:\Domains\xxxxxx.com\wwwroot\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3321

    This includes any plug-in that is supposed to work with WP3.

    Any ideas?
