Password Protected Page – One password

My client website http://www.sarelson.com/news/ requires some of the post to be password protected due to legal requirements.

Technical info (What I’ve done)
No password required to be typed because if the Disclaimer is agreed (by ticking the checkbox, then the submit button will post the password and enable user to read the password protected post.

Problem
Example: I have 3 password protected post (A, B, C). Used to be that if I only “tick” the post A, I can only read that particular post only. Now, if I do so, I can also read both B and C (which set to have same password as A).

The problem doesn’t occue in 2.9.2 I can confirm. Please verify if this is a bug? Thank you
