[Plugin: Contact Form 7] How do i make my form show more fields when a item is selected?

Hi guys hope you can help, one of the questions on my contact form when is the best time to call. I have a selection of predefined times like weekday and weekend…etc, which is great but what id also like to be able to do is when ‘other’ is selected the user gets the option to inset there own time.
How do i go about doing this?
Heres the code ive got so far, any help would be gratefully appreciated.
