• Would it be possible to have the mailchimp plugin create a dropdown menu for each list available. This way, someone coming to the site could select a specific list as part of a campaign.

If not, does anyone know the best way to do this? I’ve created a form myself, and it gives the option, but I don’t know how to pass the variable on to mailchimp so that they’re subscribed to the right list.

    Here’s a link: http://florida-inspector.com

    Thanks!

  • Use groups. I’m doing similar thing. List can be divided into groups, and then emails sent to those groups. Dropdown available for groups. But it’s not working for me, about to post thread about it.

    viktorix,
were you able to get this working with groups? I don’t see any resources on how to do this either? Thanks!

We don’t have any plans on making a version of the plugin that supports multiple lists at once, but it is certainly possible.

Interest Groups for your list are selectable near the bottom of the plugin’s setup page. The MailChimp Knowledge Base and Support staff may be helpful to get them turned on. Note that the plugin currenly only supports the first set of groups on a list.
